This letter is a written endorsement of both Nicole Lahaie personally as well as her recent book Grace Through the Process of Grief. Nicole has crafted an important piece of literature on a subject that is sometimes overlooked in the Christian world – grief. In the book Nicole movingly describes the personal loss of her mother. She honestly and openly depicts the emotions and feelings that any one with a similar experience would feel. Using her obvious gift of writing, she grounds her work in scripture and the book from beginning to end communicates the love, life, hope and faith of God despite any and all circumstances. I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone and everyone as grief touches all humans in different ways and at different times.
